Liuks Car Care – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Liuks Car Care. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Liuks Car Care provides mobile car valeting and detailing services at customer locations. Services are delivered based on the selected package and vehicle condition.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and contacless card payments
• Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or contamination level

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee of £20 next time service is required.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure:
• Safe and legal access to the vehicle
• Adequate working space
• Access to electricity

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Liuks Car Care is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including but not limited to worn paint, rust, loose trims, faulty electrics, or previous poor repairs. Customers should notify us of any known issues before work begins. First-time clients will be expected to go through Pre-Valet inspection sheet prior to service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please inform us before we leave so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds are not provided once work has been completed and accepted.

7. Damage Liability

We hold public liability insurance. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Weather Conditions

Services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to postpone appointments due to rain, frost, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions.

9. Late Arrival

If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

10. Personal Belongings

Customers must remove valuables and fragile items from vehicles. Liuks Car Care is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:
• Unsafe or unsuitable working environments
• Aggressive or abusive behaviour
• Excessively dirty vehicles beyond the booked service without upgrade

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Customer data is collected and processed in line with UK GDPR and used only for booking and communication purposes.

13. Website Content

All website content is owned by Liuks Car Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
