How do I book?
You can book your mobile car valeting service by contacting us directly via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media, or our Website Contact Form. We’ll confirm your appointment and discuss the best time for your service.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
We provide water and all equipment required. We only require access to a electricity supply during the service.
How long does your services take?
Times vary depending on vehicle size and the service:
Standard Valet: 2-3hrs
Advanced Valet: 3-4hrs 30min
Premium Deep clean: 5hrs – 6hrs 30min

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept contactless card payments, bank transfer and cash.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Do I need to be present during the valet?
No — as long as we have access to your vehicle and keys, you don’t need to stay.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain usually isn’t an issue. In heavy rain or extreme weather, we may need to reschedule. Will be confirming if rescheduling needed on reminder text which will be sent ~24h before appointment.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. This helps us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other customers. Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
